Where You’ll Go
It is not easy to find a good cup of coffee, so no explanations are necessary for this Tenegru visit as you’ll roast and grind the beans yourself! Spend a day in a small town with many coffee plantations just outside of Arusha, where you’ll have a delicious lunch with the local people and get introduced to how coffee gets from the field to your mug.
What You’ll See
Subsequent to meeting your guide and a brief foreword about the day, your Tenegru town visit will start! We’ll take public transportation to Tengeru, a town 20 minutes away from Arusha, and stroll through the willowy town streets, and you can intermingle with the local folks as they go about their day to day lives.
Before lunch, you’ll see coffee plants and a variety of crops being cultivated, and after that you’ll have a chance to try a local dish with a lunch at a family’s dwelling.
With delightfulness in our bellies, it’ll be a perfect opportunity to learn how to roast and grind your own coffee beans! When finished, you’ll have a chance to taste your very own brew before bouncing back on the local bus back to Arusha.

The town is rather expansive and strolling around is broad with some precipitous climbing. It totals about 11km, which might be troublesome for anybody with health or mobility issues.
